Chandrika is an Indian daily newspaper in the Malayalam language published in Kozhikode, Kerala. It serves as the official mouthpiece of the Indian Union Muslim League party in Kerala.
It was a monthly publication started in 1932 to uplift the Muslim community of north Kerala. It became a daily newspaper in 1939 and had a significant role in the development of the community. The headquarters were moved to Calicut in 1946.
C. H. Muhammed Koya, the future Education Minister of Kerala, served as a sub-editor and the editor of Chandrika in the 1940s. The daily currently has printing centers in multiple countries including India and several Middle Eastern nations, representing traditionalist orientation among the Kerala Muslims.
